Contact status
Contact and Support Boundaries
See which Moonlight Peaks Tools contact routes are available for guide corrections, game support, rights reports, and security concerns.
Moonlight Peaks Tools does not currently publish an operator email address, contact form, social account, or public issue tracker. The site therefore cannot accept ordinary direct messages at this time. This page states that limitation plainly so that a visitor is not sent to a form or inbox that does not exist.
Guide and data corrections
The Corrections page documents the evidence needed to evaluate a factual error: the exact site URL, disputed statement or value, proposed correction, public evidence URL, platform, game version or patch, and observation date. It also explains how the project separates official facts, fixed community revisions, conflicts, and unverified reports.
There is no active submission endpoint for an ordinary editorial correction in the current build. Do not send a guide correction to the game developer or publisher and assume it will reach this site; those organizations do not operate Moonlight Peaks Tools. The project can still correct errors found during its own scheduled source checks, but it cannot promise a response to information it has no channel to receive.
Game bugs, purchases, and account support
This fan guide cannot troubleshoot an individual save, access a game account, issue refunds, replace a purchase, or escalate a platform ticket. For a game bug, use the official support instructions linked from the Moonlight Peaks known-issues tracker. For purchase, download, billing, or entitlement problems, use the support route supplied by the store where the transaction occurred.
When contacting official support, include the platform, game version, reproduction steps, and any evidence the official channel requests. Do not post save files, crash logs, receipts, account identifiers, or other private information on this static website; it has no upload facility.
Copyright, trademark, and other rights reports
For material served from moonlightpeaks.net through Cloudflare, a rights holder or authorized representative can use Cloudflare’s public copyright report form or general abuse form. Cloudflare states that qualifying reports may be forwarded to the relevant hosting provider or website operator. Review the form’s privacy and disclosure notices before including personal or confidential information.
The Takedown Requests page lists the URLs, ownership details, requested action, and other information needed for a useful report. A Cloudflare report is the only public third-party intake route identified by this site at present; it is not a statement that Cloudflare created or controls the site’s editorial content.
Security reports
The current site is a static build with no public account system, server-side submission form, or file-upload endpoint. If the deployed site appears to distribute malware, impersonate another service, expose sensitive data, or otherwise present an abuse or security risk, use Cloudflare’s general abuse form and identify the exact affected URL.
Please do not test suspected vulnerabilities by attempting to access data that is not yours, disrupting availability, or uploading malicious content. The absence of a direct security inbox does not authorize intrusive testing.
